Despite its huge share of business establishment, SMEs contribution to the overall GDP is only 37.1%. Digital technology utilisation i.e., social media, fosters collaboration between SMEs-customers-product influencers in realizing aim. SME Digitalisation policy established and urge increase media marketing 39%. But there limited knowledge absence framework. The philosophy behind networking. With advance big data analytics, network analysis enables identification product influencers. research on identify networking received attention, compounded by metrics measure success initiative.
